2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by All-Inkl.com (Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). On each request the server automatically stores the following data in log files:

• IP address (truncated after 7 days)
• Date and time of access
• Browser type and version, operating system
• Referrer URL
• Bytes transferred

This data is used solely to ensure stable operation and security (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, legitimate interest). No merging with other data sources takes place.

3. Cookies

We do not set any first-party cookies. Third-party services (see below: Google Tag Manager, AdSense, Stay22, GetYourGuide) may set cookies upon loading or upon clicking an affiliate link, used to attribute the booking to this website.

4. Google Tag Manager + Google Analytics 4 (via GTM)

We use Google Tag Manager (container ID GTM-5KMHS93) to manage tracking services. GTM itself does not set cookies or collect personal data, but it loads other scripts that may.

Via GTM we load Google Analytics 4. Collected: truncated IP addresses, time on page, pages visited and approximate geolocation (country). No direct identification of individuals occurs. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in reach analysis).

Hotel booking buttons on this website link to Booking.com. On click, our affiliate partner Stay22 (Stay22 Inc., Montréal, Canada) intercepts the request, appends an affiliate identifier (lmaID 68b72033584d590f0db5fa11) and forwards you to the hotel page. Stay22 sets a tracking cookie for commission attribution.

8. External fonts and CSS (rsms.me)

We load the „Inter" font from rsms.me. In doing so your IP address is transmitted to that server. The provider does not set cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (rendering optimisation).

9. Images from Wikimedia Commons and Booking.com

Sight photos are hosted locally on our server (source: Wikimedia Commons, CC-licensed). Hotel photos are also hosted locally, retrieved via Booking.com. Displaying these images establishes no third-party connections.

Server logs are truncated after 7 days and fully deleted after 30 days. Tracking data in Google Analytics: 14 months. Affiliate cookies (Stay22, GetYourGuide): per the providers' terms, typically 30 days.
